Raise and lower the Duster through its full range of travel while observing the U-joint angles. Both joints should operate within 0°–25° and should be as equal as possible to minimise vibration.

Start the engine and engage the PTO at the lowest stable RPM. Watch for smooth, vibration-free rotation for at least 60 seconds. Ramp up to working speed, verify stable operation, then disengage and inspect all fittings.
