Funktionsweise – Funktionsprinzip
Dieser Reibungsdrehmomentbegrenzer verwendet Tellerfedern (kegelförmige Federscheiben) anstelle herkömmlicher Schraubenfedern, um die Reibscheiben gegen die Nabe zu pressen. Tellerfedern bieten mehrere entscheidende Vorteile: Sie gewährleisten eine gleichbleibende Klemmkraft über einen weiten Temperaturbereich, haben ein kompaktes axiales Profil und können in Reihe oder parallel geschaltet werden, um präzise Federraten und Vorspannungseigenschaften zu erzielen. Sobald das Drehmoment die durch die Tellerfedervorspannung eingestellte Reibungskapazität überschreitet, beginnen die Scheiben progressiv zu rutschen und absorbieren überschüssige Energie ohne abruptes Trennen. Die Drehmomenteinstellung erfolgt durch Verändern der Schraubenspannung am Federpaket. Diese Konstruktion bietet eine engere Drehmomenttoleranz und eine wiederholgenauere Leistung als Reibungsbegrenzer mit Schraubenfedern.

Installation Steps
