The FCS compact friction torque limiter is specifically engineered for applications where axial space is severely constrained. Using just 2 friction discs clamped between precision-machined flanged surfaces and spring-loaded bolts, it delivers reliable overload protection in a remarkably short overall length. The compact flanged housing integrates directly with PTO shaft spline connections without adapters. The friction disc design provides smooth, progressive slip action under overload, protecting connected equipment from shock loads. The torque setting is factory-calibrated but can be field-adjusted by changing spring bolt tension. Plastic bearings or bushings support smooth rotation during slip events.

安装和使用指南
安装步骤
第一步： Verify that the PTO shaft spline size matches the torque limiter spline specification (1 3/8″ Z6, 1 3/8″ Z21). Clean all spline surfaces thoroughly.
