How a PTO Shaft Works on a Seed\/Fertilizer Drill<\/h2>\n

Power flows from the tractor’s engine through the transmission to the rear PTO stub, which rotates at 540E RPM. The PTO shaft’s tractor-side yoke slides onto this stub via a splined connection (6-spline 1 3\/8″), locking it in rotation.
